Section X: Eco-Responsible and Chemical-Free Service Standards
X.1 — Commitment to Green Cleaning
Gemsha Services operates strictly under a health-first, eco-responsible protocol. All cleaning operations performed on the Client's premises shall utilize 100% plant-based, biodegradable, or completely chemical-free solutions.
X.2 — Zero-Toxicity & Allergen Protection
Gemsha Services guarantees that all detergents, multi-surface concentrates, and sanitizers deployed are free from synthetic fragrances, harsh volatile organic compounds (VOCs), phosphates, and toxic chemical residues. This standard is designed to optimize indoor air quality, minimize workplace allergens, and protect the long-term health of the Client's staff and visitors.
X.3 — Cross-Contamination & Waste Management
To maintain strict hygienic integrity, Gemsha Services utilizes a professional color-coded microfiber system, isolating equipment used in sanitary zones from general office surfaces. All concentrates are mixed via precision dilution systems to minimize plastic waste and support environmental sustainability.
X.4 — Client Compliance
The Client agrees that no outside chemical agents, bleach, or corrosive commercial solvents will be introduced by the Client to surfaces managed by Gemsha Services without prior mutual written consent, preserving the chemical-free standard of the workspace.
